Why the hyperlinks on PDF can't work anymore after converting to flipbooks?
If you met this problem, please firstly confirm that:
1 FlippingBook Creator only recognize and import real links on PDF. That is to say when your mouse hover on the hyperlink on PDF, there must be a hand with label "W" like below illustration:
2 If you confirm the links on PDF file are the "real links", you must do another thing: click 
and access to its editing box and then check "Import links".
3 If the links are not real, you can use Acrobat Professional "Advanced->Links->Create From URLs in Document..." , or use Flippingpage Creator Professional.
